This dynamic development near the new Judkins Park light rail station will rise above Seattle’s famous Rainier Avenue in the Central District. Scheduled for completion in early 2023, the project will deliver nearly 6,000 square feet of retail and 206 apartments across three distinct towers connected by sculptural elements suspended above a central courtyard. Fostering a sense of connectivity and community, center stage to the development is a large community forum, co-working lounge, and hobby space on the ground floor.
