Our portfolio of current projects is focused on Opportunity Zone (OZ) and transit-oriented development (TOD) sites located across the Puget Sound Region. These locations capitalize on major investments in transit infrastructure, including Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail expansion connecting Seattle to Tacoma, Everett, Bellevue and Redmond.
