Tapestry

Situated at the prominent intersection of 12th & Yesler in Seattle’s Central District, Tapestry features 268 residential apartments and nearly 12,000 square feet of commercial retail. Unveiled in January 2023, Tapestry’s extensive art program seeks to celebrate and honor the history of this vibrant neighborhood with several public art installations produced by ten local artists and collaboratives with roots in the community. The project also provides 54 units of affordable housing through the city’s MFTE program.
