Tapestry

Situated at the prominent intersection of 12th & Yesler in Seattle’s Central District, Tapestry will feature 268 residential apartments and nearly 15,000 square feet of commercial retail. When it opens in early 2023, Tapestry will celebrate and honor the history of this vibrant neighborhood with several public art installations produced by nine local artists with roots in the community. The project will also participate in the city’s MFTE program to provide 54 affordable housing units.
