Rook

Situated near the new Brewery District redevelopment in downtown Tacoma, this project draws inspiration from the history of Tacoma’s timber industry and local craft breweries. Rook opened in January 2024 with 368 apartments and artist lofts in two towers overlooking a central plaza. Featuring a highly activated ground floor, residential amenities include a Top Golf Swing Suite, fitness center, co-working and entertaining lounges. Rooftop clubrooms and terraces with expansive views of Commencement Bay, Mt. Rainier, and the Olympic Mountains cap each tower.
