Situated near the new Brewery District redevelopment in downtown Tacoma, this project draws inspiration from the history of Tacoma’s timber industry and local craft breweries. Scheduled to deliver in summer 2023, this development includes 368 apartments and artist lofts in two towers overlooking a central plaza.
