Kerf

Located near Western Washington University in Bellingham, Kerf will deliver 196 apartments and 3,400 square feet of retail space in fall 2023 to the up and coming Samish neighborhood. Featuring studio, one and two bedroom apartments, and live/work lofts, the project will utilize new mass timber construction methods for the podium level showcasing sustainable building practices and promoting the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Residents will enjoy a large co-working lounge, bike repair shop, and rooftop terrace with sweeping views of downtown Bellingham, Mt. Baker and the Cascades.
