Kerf

Located near Western Washington University in Bellingham, Kerf delivered 196 apartments and 3,400 square feet of retail space to the up-and-coming Samish neighborhood in early 2024. Featuring studio, one and two bedroom apartments, and live/work lofts, the project utilizes mass timber construction for its podium level showcasing sustainable building practices and promoting the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Residents will enjoy a large co-working lounge, bike repair shop, and rooftop terrace with sweeping views of downtown Bellingham, Mt. Baker and the Cascades.
