A new urban paradigm for Federal Way
One Trent is finalizing a development agreement with the City of Federal Way for a site that will establish a new downtown core around a public plaza and market hall, complementing the existing Performing Arts and Event Center. The project will deliver hundreds of multifamily housing units within the walkshed of a new Link Light Rail station, as well as retail and other uses. Over four phases, the vision of TC-3 is to establish a new urban paradigm for Federal Way.
