Nimbus

The first phase of this eight-story development raised the bar for urban living in downtown Everett when it opened in fall 2022. Designed with a subtle nod to the history of the aviation industry and the nearby Boeing manufacturing facility, residents will enjoy on-site bicycle amenities, a tech-enabled package room system, and expansive rooftop terrace with sweeping views of Possession Sound and The Cascades. A second phase will include the reimagining of a historic former YMCA across the street.
